How do I improve my grammar?

English grammar is rather simple compared to other languages like Spanish. The only time it can be challenging is when you want to advance to a higher level. The present perfect tense and prepositions continue to be difficult for many foreign speakers. The Raymond Murphy book is a fantastic resource for grammatical enhancement.

How do I get a British Accent?

Not everyone in the UK has the Queen or Harry Potter's voice. The variety of accents in the UK is enormous. I have an extremely hard time understanding some accents. It's usually preferable to speak with a more neutral accent—what is referred to as the RP accent—so that you are understandable. To hear examples of this, you can watch a lot of YouTube videos.
